HR Recruiter

Experience Required: 0 to 2 Years

Salary: Up to 8000\-15000 per month. It can be increased in 6Months (Based on experience \& performance)

Location: Work From Home

Job Type: Full\-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly
• Source and screen candidates through various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn,

etc.) and social media platforms

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fitment
• Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow\-ups
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients for long\-term

engagement

• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the given TAT (Turnaround Time)
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on hiring status

• *Skills Required:**

• 1\-2 years of experience in end\-to\-end recruitment (agency or in\-house)
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
• Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and organized
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
