HR Recruiter

We're a growing company in Jaipur seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and drive top talent acquisition.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles using multiple platforms and internal databases.
• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer letters and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines, conduct reference checks, and collaborate with hiring managers on requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time\-to\-hire, source effectiveness) and optimize strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote diversity in hiring.
• Looking for Male or female candidates.

• *Qualifications**

• Graduate (in any stream).
• Any person with prior experience in HR recruiting will be given priority. (6\-12 month's)
