HR Recruiter

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Understand job requirements from department heads.
• Post job vacancies on Indeed and other recruitment portals.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate salary discussions and offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.
• Prepare daily and monthly recruitment reports.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Any Degree / MBA HR preferred.
• Fresher / Experienced.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Experience using Indeed and other job portals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
