Hiring – Senior HR Recruiter (WFH) \| EAGRU
Role: Senior HR Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Openings: Multiple
Work from Home
Day Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday \& Sunday Off)
Any 8 Hours Shift
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Any Qualification
- Minimum recruitment experience preferred
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada
- Laptop Mandatory
Compensation
CTC: ₹12\.5 LPA
In\-Hand Salary: ₹82,500 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for Telesales and BPO requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and databases
- Deliver 3 qualified and immediate joiner candidates daily
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews and ensure candidate availability throughout the hiring process
- Conduct and support candidate training sessions
- Ensure candidates successfully qualify for offer letters
- Track candidate performance and support them in achieving daily targets post\-joining
- Maintain a backup pipeline of qualified candidates to manage dropouts and replacements
- Submit daily recruitment and hiring reports
