About the role

We are hiring an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter with a passion for sales talent acquisition to join our on\-site team at Sadashivnagar, Bengaluru. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early\-career HR professional who wants to specialise in sales recruitment, grow fast, and make a direct impact on business hiring.

Key responsibilities

Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for sales roles — BDEs, Inside Sales, Tele\-callers, Field Sales, and Account Executives

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and walk\-in drives

Screen and shortlist candidates by assessing sales aptitude, communication skills, and attitude

Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers; ensure timely follow\-ups

Roll out offer letters and manage pre\-joining engagement to minimise drop\-offs

Maintain daily recruitment tracker and share hiring updates with the HR team
