• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven **Recruiter** to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in sourcing and hiring technical professionals across various technologies. The recruiter should be proficient in using leading job portals such as **Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn** and possess a strong network of recruitment consultants and sourcing partners to support hiring requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for technical positions across multiple experience levels.
• Source candidates through **Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter**, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interview rounds.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow\-ups, offer discussions, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment consultants and staffing agencies to ensure timely candidate availability.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Hands\-on experience with **Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter**, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets.
• Established network of recruitment consultants and staffing agencies for candidate sourcing.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
