• *Working Hours:** 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
• *Salary:** ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible **HR Recruiter** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities for IT and non\-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for IT and non\-IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and offer letters.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers with good communication skills may apply; recruitment experience is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet hiring deadlines.
