We are looking for a passionate and result\-oriented **IT Recruiter / Domestic Recruiter**

• *Position: Domestic IT Recruiter**

• *Exp: Freshers \- 1\+ Years**

• *Location: Madurai \- Locals only**

• *NP: Immediate to 15 Days**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle for IT requirements (Domestic market).
• Understand client requirements and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, and references.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Build a strong pipeline for active and passive candidates.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
