HR Recruiter

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic **HR Recruiters** to handle end\-to\-end recruitment activities. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various departments across the organization. • *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle **end\-to\-end recruitment** for various roles (Non\-IT).
• Source candidates through **Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and references.**
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure a smooth **onboarding experience** for selected candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• *Required Skills:**

• Excellent **communication and interpersonal** skills.
• Strong **sourcing and screening** capabilities.
• Hands\-on experience using **job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)**.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Ability to work in a **fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.**

• *Qualification \& Experience:**

• Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
• **Experience:** 1–5 years in Non\-IT recruitment

• **Location:** Chetpet, Chennai
• **Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
