• *Experience:** 1–3 Years (Recruitment Consultancy background mandatory)

• *Salary:** Up to ₹20,000 / month

• *Type:** Full\-Time \| **Immediate Joiners Preferred**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring).
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Update ATS, track hiring metrics, and manage candidate communication.

• *Requirements:**

• Proven experience in recruitment consultancy/agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.
