HR Recruiter Executive Fresher

• Call shortlisted candidates from the provided database/lists and confirm their interest and availability.
• Schedule online interviews (Google Meet/Zoom/Teams) and share joining links with candidates and interviewers.
• Send reminders to candidates before scheduled interviews to reduce no\-shows.
• Maintain an updated tracker of calls made, responses, scheduled interviews, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the hiring team to align interview slots and reschedule when required.
• Maintain a polite, professional tone representing the company in every interaction

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹16,000\.00 per month
