We are looking for a results\-driven **HR Recruiter** to manage our end\-to\-end recruitment process. In this role, you will collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs, source talent through digital and professional networks, screen applications, and facilitate the evaluation and hiring of top\-tier talent. Your ultimate goal is to grow a qualified workforce and elevate our organization's candidate journey.
- **Staffing Strategy \& Consultation**
- Partner with hiring managers to determine current requirements and future pipeline needs.
- Write clear, accurate, and highly compelling job descriptions and get it approved from management.
- Advertise open positions on company career pages, specialized job boards, social media platforms and job consultant.
- **Talent Sourcing \& Screening**
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen incoming resumes and applications to extract qualified applicants.
- Conduct preliminary phone, video, or in\-person interviews to assess skill alignment and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and administer skill assessments, technical tests, or language evaluations.
- **Interview Coordination \& Logistics**
- Schedule and track candidate interview panels with internal stakeholders.
- Consolidate post\-interview feedback and provide timely, structured updates to candidates.
- Manage candidate records, updates, and feedback trails cleanly within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- **Offer Management \& Onboarding**
- Negotiate compensation, employee perks, and structural terms of employment packages.
- Issue formal job offer letters and initiate necessary pre\-boarding tasks.
- Run background verifications, employment history reference checks, and compliance documentation.
- Introduce new hires to the broader team and oversee early onboarding.
- **Metrics \& Branding**
- Keep tabs on recruitment metrics including time\-to\-hire, cost\-per\-hire, and source quality.
- Attend industry career fairs, campus placement initiatives, and professional networking events.
- Ensure full alignment with local labor legislation, compliance codes, and bias\-free hiring metrics.
- *Requirements and Qualifications**
- **Education \& Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar agency or corporate role.
- Demonstrated hands\-on experience handling full\-cycle recruitment campaigns.
- **Technical Skills**
- Highly proficient with mainstream Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Expertise utilizing professional networks and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Strong familiarity with productivity suites (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).

Pay: ₹10,714\.95 \- ₹20,191\.61 per month
