An **HR Recruiter** manages the full\-cycle recruitment process to identify, attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates, acting as the primary link between hiring managers and job seekers

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Job Analysis \& Sourcing:** Partner with managers to write job descriptions, post vacancies on job boards, and source active and passive talent via platforms like LinkedIn.
• **Screening \& Interviews:** Review resumes, administer preliminary assessments, and conduct phone, video, or in\-person interviews.
• **Candidate Management:** Maintain communication, coordinate interview schedules, and manage candidate
• **Offers \& Negotiation:** Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and coordinate background checks or reference verifications
