HR recruiter ( Fitness Division )

• *1\. Sourcing \& Talent Pipeline**

• ​Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms (Indeed , LinkedIn, Instagram), fitness academies, and local networking events.
• ​Build active talent pools for high\-turnover/high\-demand roles (Personal Trainers and Sales Executives).
• ​Partner with accredited fitness certification institutes and sports academies for campus/fresher hiring drives.

​**2\. End\-to\-End Recruitment**

• ​Screen resumes, conduct initial HR phone screens, and assess candidate fitment based on communication skills, fitness orientation, and role readiness.
• ​Coordinate multi\-round interviews, including practical auditions/demonstrations for Personal Trainers and mock pitch sessions for Sales Executives.
• ​Schedule and align final interviews with management team

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
