HR Recruiter- Fresher/ Intern

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding job openings and interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist the HR team with day\-to\-day recruitment activities.

• *Requirements**

• Freshers and candidates looking for HR internships are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and job portals is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹14,000\.00 per month
