\- Utilize portals like Indeed, Work India, Apna, etc., for candidate sourcing.

\- Conduct thorough candidate screenings.

2\. \*\*Relationship Management:\*\*

\- Build positive relationships with potential candidates.

\- Communicate effectively throughout the recruitment process.

3\. \*\*Collaboration:\*\*

\- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

\- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates.

\*\*Qualifications:\*\*

\- Minimum 1 year of HR recruitment experience.

\- Familiarity with recruitment portals (Indeed, Work India, Apna).

\- Strong communication and organizational skills.

\- Proactive and detail\-oriented.
