HR Recruiter

1\. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and candidate sourcing to selection, offer management, and onboarding.

2\. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and meet organizational hiring requirements.

3\. Prepare, review, and update job descriptions and job specifications based on business needs and client requirements.

4\. Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, professional networks, recruitment databases, and other channels.

5\. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications, skills, experience, and suitability for the position.

6\. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, clients, and candidates, ensuring smooth communication throughout the selection process.

7\. Evaluate candidates based on technical competencies, professional experience, communication skills, and organizational or cultural fit.

8\. Maintain and develop a strong talent pipeline and candidate database to support current and future recruitment requirements.

9\. Monitor recruitment progress, prepare hiring reports, track recruitment metrics, and provide regular updates on vacancies and hiring status to management.

10\. Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality, hiring standards, and agreed turnaround times.

Pay: ₹9,400\.00 \- ₹31,000\.00 per month
