We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented IT Recruiter with **1 year of experience** to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and technical roles.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for IT and technical positions
• Understand job requirements and hiring expectations from managers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on skills and experience
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate fitment
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and management
• Maintain regular follow\-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate offer rollout, salary discussions, and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Work on multiple open positions and meet assigned hiring timelines

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Experience working on job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred

Pay: Up to ₹15,000\.00 per month
