• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-driven **HR Recruiter** to manage end\-to\-end hiring for IT and non\-IT positions. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networkingCoordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelinesSchedule interviews and follow up with candidates and internal teamsMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersEnsure a smooth onboarding handover post offer acceptanceBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsMaintain recruitment\-related documentation and reports

• *Required Qualification**

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum **2 years of experience** in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong organizational and time\-management abilities

• *Preferred Skills**

Hands\-on experience with IT hiring (Developers, QA, AI/ML, etc.)

Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools

Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines

Strong follow\-up and candidate engagement skills

Basic knowledge of HR operations is an added advantage
