We are looking for a dynamic and result\-driven **HR Recruiter** to manage end\-to\-end hiring for IT and non\-IT positions. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum **2 years of experience** in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time\-management abilities
Hands\-on experience with IT hiring (Developers, QA, AI/ML, etc.)
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
Strong follow\-up and candidate engagement skills
Basic knowledge of HR operations is an added advantage
