We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Recruiter with 6–18 months of recruitment experience to support both IT and Non\-IT hiring mandates. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various industries and functions.
- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Maintain regular follow\-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining quality standards.
- Update candidate records and recruitment trackers accurately.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and industry hiring practices.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Experience in sourcing for both IT and Non\-IT roles.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management and follow\-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tools.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 6–18 months of recruitment experience in a staffing firm or corporate recruitment environment.
- Exposure to IT hiring (Developers, Testers, Support, Infrastructure, Data, etc.) and Non\-IT hiring (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) will be preferred.
