• *About the Role**

We are hiring an experienced and result\-oriented HR Recruiter for our Vadodara office.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews and coordinating with employers to fulfil their hiring requirements.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of hands\-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Understand job requirements and hiring expectations from employers.
• Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience and job suitability.
• Contact candidates through telephone, WhatsApp and email to discuss relevant job opportunities.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidates' suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and employers.
• Follow up with candidates and employers regarding interview schedules, feedback and selection status.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Handle multiple job openings and recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Ensure timely communication and follow\-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Work towards achieving recruitment targets and fulfilling hiring requirements within agreed timelines.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and employer clients.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• Graduate in any discipline. HR or Business Administration qualifications will be preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing or recruitment consultancy is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good telephone communication and candidate\-handling abilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and email.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Strong coordination, follow\-up and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, responsible and target\-oriented approach.
