Job Responsibilities

• Conduct field recruitment activities to hire warehouse staff.
• Visit different locations to source and screen candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a healthy hiring pipeline.
• Build relationships with local communities and recruitment sources.
• Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

• Minimum **6 months of experience** in recruitment or a related field.
• Good geographical knowledge of **Panchkula, Zirakpur, and Ambala**.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
