We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic \*HR Intern (Recruitment)\* to assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in talent acquisition.
\>Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring activities
\>Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
\>Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
\>Conduct daily calls with candidates for initial screening and follow\-ups
\>Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
\>Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers
\>Ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience
Required Skills \& Competencies
\>Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\>Confidence in making daily recruitment calls
\>Basic understanding of hiring processes
\>Good organizational and multitasking ability
Qualifications \& Skills
Any Graduate (preferred: B.Com, BBA, BA)
\> Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays Off)
\> Working Hours : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible hours)
