HR Recruiter Intern (Remote)

Dhyan Chess Academy is one of India's leading chess academies, training over 25,000 students across 20\+ countries. Founded by Woman International Master Dhyani Dave, we are committed to nurturing talent—both on the chessboard and within our team. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern who is eager to gain practical experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, and HR Operations.

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday Working

Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Roles \& Responsibilities

Conduct initial HR screening calls.

Schedule and coordinate interviews.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.

Follow up with candidates.

Support day\-to\-day HR and administrative operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Completed or Pursuing).

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
