\*\*Duration:\*\* 3 Months (Full\-Time \| 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM \| Monday – Saturday)

\*\*Stipend Structure (Performance\-Based):\*\*

• 0 – 4 Successful Joinings: No Stipend
• 5 – 8 Successful Joinings: ₹3,000
• 9 – 12 Successful Joinings: ₹5,000
• 13 – 15 Successful Joinings: ₹7,500
• 16\+ Successful Joinings: ₹10,000 \+ Best Performer Award

\*\*Hiring Mode:\*\* Pre\-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance

\#\#\# Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain candidate database and support onboarding activities
• Coordinate with hiring teams and draft job descriptions
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Update recruitment trackers and maintain hiring records

\#\#\# Requirements

• BBA/MBA (HR) or related educational background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast\-paced startup environment
• Self\-motivated and target\-oriented mindset
• Available for a full\-time internship

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹10,000\.00 per month
