Key Responsibilities
1\. Sourcing \& Screening
● Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala), social media, and employee referrals
● Screen resumes and applications against defined job requirements
● Maintain a regularly updated shortlist for each open position
2\. Candidate Coordination
● Reach out to candidates professionally via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
● Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on confirmations
● Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
3\. Job Posting \& Outreach
● Post and manage job listings across multiple hiring platforms
● Support employer branding efforts through targeted outreach
4\. Data \& Documentation
● Maintain a clean and up\-to\-date candidate database and recruitment tracker
● Document interview feedback, offer status, and joiner confirmation accurately
● Generate weekly recruitment status reports for the HR team
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
