Job Description

Key Responsibilities

**Client Briefing:** Understand the exact staffing needs, culture, and job specifications of various client organizations.
**Sourcing Talent:** Post job openings and source active or passive candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases.
**Screening \& Shortlisting:** Review resumes, conduct initial telephonic and evaluate candidate skills against client criteria.
**Interview Coordination:** Schedule face\-to\-face or virtual interviews between the candidate and the client, collecting timely feedback.
**Offer Negotiation:** Negotiate salary packages, notice periods, and terms of employment between the candidate and the client
**Pipeline \& Tracker Management:** Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate logs, and reporting metrics (time\-to\-fill, conversion rates)
**Client Relationship Management**: Provide market insights, talent availability updates, and regular progress reports to corporate clients.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
