Looking for **HR Recruiter** to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing, evaluating \& offering candidates.
Ø Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Job portals, professional connections websites)
Ø Use various sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
Ø Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Ø Interview candidates (via phone, video and in\-person)
Ø Prepare and distribute assignments.
Ø Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Ø Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Ø Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Ø Monitor and report key recruitment metrics
Ø Participate in job fairs and host in\-house recruitment events
Ø Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Ø Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board
Ø Dashboard management
Ø Stakeholder management
