HR Recruiter

• **Job Requirement Analysis:** Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, key competencies, and ideal candidate profiles.
• **Job Postings:** Design, write, and update job descriptions, then post them across online job boards, social media, and career portals.
• **Talent Sourcing:** Proactively source active and passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions, referral networks, and professional communities.
• **Screening \& Evaluation:** Review resumes, administer preliminary assessments, and conduct phone, video, or in\-person interviews.
• **Interview Coordination:** Schedule and coordinate interview panels, brief hiring teams, and collect structured feedback.
• **Offer Management:** Handle compensation discussions, benchmark market rates, extend formal job offers, and manage negotiations.
• **Onboarding \& Records:** Assist with pre\-employment background checks, manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and support new\-hire onboarding.
• **Metrics \& Employer Branding:** Track recruitment KPIs (such as time\-to\-hire and source\-of\-hire) while promoting a positive employer brand.
