Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Location: Plot \# 30, Guru Gobind Singh Industrial Enclave, vill. Umedpur, Dehlon\-Sahnewal Rd, Ludhiana (East) Sub\-District, 141120, PB, IN
Salary: 20k\-25k
Job Responsibilities
\* Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for blue\-collar, technical, and staff\-level positions.
\* Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, walk\-in interviews, and local networks.
\* Recruit operators, technicians, engineers, supervisors, and office staff.
\* Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer letters, and joining formalities.
\* Support high\-volume manpower hiring as per production requirements.
\* Maintain recruitment MIS, vacancy trackers, and candidate databases.
\* Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements on time.
Required Skills
\* Experience in manufacturing or factory recruitment preferred.
\* Good communication and coordination skills.
\* Knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
\* Ability to meet recruitment targets and manage urgent manpower requirements.
