HR Recruiter

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and talent databases
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates against role criteria
• Coordinate interview schedules and keep candidates and interviewers informed
• Manage offers, salary negotiation, and closing, and follow up through joining
• Maintain candidate records and hiring data in the ATS and share regular pipeline reports
• Deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard\-to\-fill roles
• Support employer branding, campus hiring, and hiring events as needed
• Ensure hiring practices follow company policy and applicable labour laws

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹31,000\.00 per month
