• Fresh MBA (HR) graduate.
• **Industrial Training/Internship in Recruitment is mandatory.**
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Knowledge of bulk hiring will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR Recruitment.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Source candidates through job portals and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Assist in bulk hiring and recruitment drives.
• Support end\-to\-end recruitment activities.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹16,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
