Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates to close open positions within the required timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer releases.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or Apna.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and follow\-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate with relevant recruitment experience.
• Candidates with experience in BPO, IT, or non\-IT recruitment will be preferred, depending on business requirements.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
