• *Role Summary:**

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely closure of open positions across various departments.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
