Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection updates.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Assist with documentation and joining formalities.
• Work towards assigned recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Freshers can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes.
• Ability to work in a target\-oriented environment.

Work Schedule

• 5\.5 working days per week.
• Sunday fixed weekly off.
• Saturday Work from Home.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
