About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating with hiring managers. This internship provides hands\-on experience in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Perform other HR\-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
