• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and personal networks
• Screen and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow\-ups
• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates
• Manage candidate pipelines and support the hiring process until joining

• *Requirements**

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or candidate sourcing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and social recruiting platforms
• Prior experience in BPO, customer service, sales, insurance, or volume hiring is an advantage
