Raji Creations is a leading CADD \& IT training institute in Madurai with multiple centres. We train students across CADD, software, and design courses and have placed hundreds of students in top companies. We are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated Junior HR Recruiter to join our team.

Make **recruitment calls** to job applicants — explain the role, screen candidates and schedule interviews (30\+ calls/day during active hiring)

Post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn and WhatsApp groups. Shortlist resumes and maintain the recruitment tracker daily

• *Vendor follow\-ups** — coordinate with vendors for stationery, IT, housekeeping \& maintenance. Track invoices and submit to accounts

• *Office asset management** — maintain asset register, report issues same day, manage office supplies and ensure the office is always neat and operational

Support onboarding of new joiners and assist Senior HR in day\-to\-day HR operations

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹11,000\.00 per month
