Job Title: HR Recruiter (BBA \+ IT)

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Recruiter responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment processes, employee coordination, and talent acquisition for technical and non\-technical roles. The candidate should understand IT profiles and possess strong communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process.Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and references.Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.Manage interview scheduling and follow\-ups.Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.Handle employee onboarding and documentation.Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.Maintain attendance and employee records.Ensure proper communication between management and employees.Support employee engagement and workplace discipline.Required Skills:Basic understanding of IT roles (Frontend, Backend, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, SEO, Graphic Designer, Project Manager, etc.)Good communication skills (English \& Hindi)Recruitment and interviewing skillsKnowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS toolsTime management and coordination skillsProfessional attitude and problem\-solving abilityPreferred Knowledge:Job portals handling (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)Basic understanding of technical hiringEmployee documentation \& onboarding processSalary Range:As per experience and company standards.Reporting To:HR Head / Operational HeadKPIs (Performance Indicators):Hiring closure rateTime\-to\-hireEmployee retention supportInterview\-to\-selection ratioAttendance \& onboarding efficiency NOTE\- Prefer only Bachler's degree candidates
