Key Responsibilities

✅ End\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition

✅ Sourcing candidates through various job portals and social media platforms

✅ Screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews

✅ Managing candidate experience throughout the hiring process

✅ Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports

Requirements

✔ 1–3 years of recruitment experience

✔Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Hands\-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing

✔Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
