Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate offer letters and assist with onboarding activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹9,346\.13 \- ₹15,389\.13 per month
