Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate offer letters and assist with onboarding activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹9,346\.13 \- ₹15,389\.13 per month
