About the Role

Nedisha Group is looking for a motivated and organised HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and support day\-to\-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on platforms such as Indeed, Internshala, and other job portals.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Contact candidates, explain job roles, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining dates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with joining formalities, document collection, and onboarding.
• Support daily HR activities and maintain recruitment records.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed and Internshala is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
• Good follow\-up, coordination, and time\-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet hiring targets.

• Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant skills may apply.
• Freshers are welcome; prior HR recruitment experience will be an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Dichaon Kalan, Najafgarh, Delhi.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹12,000\.00 per month
