Position: HR Recruiter

Job Profile

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented HR Recruiter responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
Manage candidate communication and maintain recruitment databases.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters and joining formalities.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Support onboarding and basic HR activities as required.

Desired Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in end\-to\-end recruitment.
Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
Strong follow\-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Experience: 1–3 years in HR recruitment.

Location: Mumbai

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
