• Fulfil company job vacancies through recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Use personal contacts, professional networks, WhatsApp groups, and referrals to find suitable candidates.
• Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with HR.
• Follow up with candidates until the selection process is completed.

• *Requirements:**

• Prior recruitment, placement consultancy, or HR experience preferred.
• Good communication and candidate\-handling skills.
• Strong personal and professional networks.
• Self\-motivated and target\-oriented.
