HR Recruiter - Non IT

.Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates' communication skills and experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary and discuss offer details with selected candidates.
• Manage offer releases and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure positions are closed within the defined timelines.

Pay: From ₹30,000\.00 per month
