Job Title: HR Recruiter (2–3 Years Experience)

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Experience: 2–3 Years

CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Including PF)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Recruiter with 2–3 years of hands\-on recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in end\-to\-end recruitment and be capable of sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities

\- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment activities.

\- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.

\- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

\- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

\- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

\- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

\- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements

\- 2–3 years of recruitment experience.

\- Strong sourcing and screening skills.

\- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

\- Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

\- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.

\- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
