\* Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for US Healthcare roles (AR Caller, Medical Biller, RCM, etc.)
\* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
\* Screen candidates based on client requirements \& job specifications
\* Coordinate interviews and follow\-ups with candidates
\* Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
\* Ensure timely closures within defined TAT
\* Build and maintain relationships with candidates
Who Can Apply?
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
Strong communication skills
Interest in HR \& recruitment
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
