We are expanding our HR team and looking for a passionate, result\-oriented, and dynamic **HR Recruiter** to strengthen our talent acquisition operations.

  • *Position Overview**

We are looking for an enthusiastic **HR Recruiter** with hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete hiring process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow\-ups, and onboarding support.

Candidates with experience in **Pan India hiring** will be preferred.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with the concerned departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
  • Post and manage job openings across multiple recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
  • Coordinate offer letter issuance, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
  • Handle recruitment requirements across multiple locations (Pan India Hiring).
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality.
  • *Requirements**
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Minimum **1 year of experience** in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in **Pan India hiring** will be preferred.
  • Hands\-on experience with job portals and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
