We are expanding our HR team and looking for a passionate, result\-oriented, and dynamic **HR Recruiter** to strengthen our talent acquisition operations.
- *Position Overview**
We are looking for an enthusiastic **HR Recruiter** with hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete hiring process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow\-ups, and onboarding support.
Candidates with experience in **Pan India hiring** will be preferred.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with the concerned departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
- Post and manage job openings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate offer letter issuance, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Handle recruitment requirements across multiple locations (Pan India Hiring).
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality.
- *Requirements**
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in **Pan India hiring** will be preferred.
- Hands\-on experience with job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
