Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Responsibilities
\- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
\- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
\- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
\- Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
\- Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
\- Ensure timely hiring as per company requirements.
\- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Required Skills: Good communication, convincing skills, candidate sourcing, and basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
