• *Job Summary**

Prodigy Placement LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process to fulfill client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities and check their interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Follow up regarding interview feedback and selection status.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Manage multiple job openings and ensure timely closures.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Coordinate salary discussions and candidate joining formalities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment or consultancy recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong follow\-up, coordination, and time\-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and recruitment documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization preferred.
• Proactive, target\-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
